Anxiety & Overthinking Therapy for High-Achieving Mothers
with Natalie Saada, MA, LMHC
I help high-achieving mothers who feel overwhelmed, anxious, and mentally “on” all the time find more steadiness and relief.
You’re used to handling a lot.
You’re capable, responsible, and people rely on you — at work and at home.
But lately, it feels like too much.
Your mind doesn’t shut off. As work continues to evolve and change quickly, it can feel like there’s always more to keep up with, and no real off switch. You’re constantly thinking, planning, anticipating, and trying to stay ahead.
Work and life are moving quickly, and the pressure to keep up — with expectations, information, and constant change — can feel exhausting.
Even when things are “fine,” it doesn’t feel that way internally.
You’re in the right place if you’re ready for support that helps you not just understand what’s happening, but actually feel different.
You may be experiencing:
Constant overthinking and difficulty turning your mind off
Feeling mentally exhausted, even when you rest
Pressure to keep up or stay ahead
Difficulty being present because your mind is always elsewhere
Feeling like you can’t fully relax or slow down
Irritability or feeling more reactive than you want to be
A sense that you should be able to handle this, but it doesn’t feel manageable
Women come to me for:
Understanding why their mind feels constantly “on”
Reducing anxiety, pressure, and mental overload
Breaking cycles of overthinking and perfectionism
Feeling more present and less reactive
Moving beyond insight into real change
Having a space where they don’t have to perform
How Therapy With Me Works
My approach is thoughtful, and focused on helping you move beyond just understanding your patterns. We look closely at how your mind operates — including overthinking, pressure, and the need to stay in control — and how that’s impacting your day-to-day experience.
We also look at how the pace of your environment, including constant information, changing expectations, and pressure to stay ahead, may be contributing to how “on” your system feels.
If you feel like you already understand your patterns but still feel stuck in them, we can incorporate deeper approaches like EMDR to help shift what’s keeping those patterns in place.
-
A structured, practical approach that focuses on understanding the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.
It helps you identify patterns like overthinking, worry, or negative self-talk, and learn how to shift them so you feel less stuck and more in control day to day.
-
A reflective approach that looks at how past experiences and relationships may be shaping how you think, feel, and respond now.
-
A structured, evidence-based approach that helps process underlying experiences that may be contributing to how you feel and respond now. It works beyond just talking, allowing those experiences to be processed in a way that helps you feel more settled and less reactive day to day.
After therapy, women often notice:
A quieter, less overwhelming mind
Less pressure to constantly keep up
More ability to be present and grounded
Less reactivity and more emotional steadiness
A greater sense of ease in both work and home life
More clarity and confidence in how they move through their day
About Me
Hi, I’m Natalie Saada. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
I’m drawn to the experience of motherhood because it holds so much change — in your identity, your relationships, and how you experience yourself day to day. As both a therapist and a mother, I understand how easy it is to feel stretched thin while still trying to hold everything together. But I believe that motherhood can be deeply meaningful and even magical at times, and I see my role as helping you stay connected to yourself so you can fully experience that.
My approach is also shaped by my background in organizational psychology and my experience working in Human Resources. I understand the pressure of high-performing environments, the mental load of managing multiple roles, and the internal expectations many women carry — at work, at home, and within themselves. That perspective helps me support you in a way that feels both practical and deeply attuned to the reality of your day-to-day life.
In therapy, I create a space where you can be honest about what you’re feeling during pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood, with a focus on both insight and practical support that helps you feel more steady in your daily life.
