Meet Natalie Levin- Saada, MA, LMHC.
I’m a licensed therapist based in Manhattan, providing stress and anxiety therapy for women and mothers across New York and New Jersey.
Many of the women I work with are managing full, demanding lives, yet internally feel overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, or stretched thin across work, relationships, and family. You may be navigating relationship strain, shifting roles, or a growing sense that you don’t quite feel like yourself, with little time or space left for you.
Others are functioning well overall but want a dedicated space to work through a specific challenge, gain clarity, and move through their lives with more confidence and calm.
Therapy offers a steady place to slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and begin to shift patterns that feel hard to change on your own.
My Journey and Expertise
My approach is shaped by both clinical training and real-world professional experience. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in Human Resources, which gives me a strong understanding of high-performing environments, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the pressure many women carry at work and at home.
After completing my clinical training, I worked in a group practice supporting clients with a wide range of concerns. These experiences continue to inform how I support women navigating stress, anxiety, and the complexities of work, relationships, and family life.

Helping Women and Mothers Thrive
In therapy, I offer a thoughtful and collaborative space where you can slow down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and begin to feel more like yourself again.
My approach blends reflection with practical support, helping you build insight while also developing tools that feel sustainable and aligned with your life. The goal is not just to talk, but to help you move through your life with more clarity, confidence, and calm.
If this feels like the kind of support you’re looking for, the next step is to book a free consultation.
A brief call to talk through what’s going on and see if it feels like a fit.
