Meet Natalie Levin- Saada, MA, LMHC.

I’m a licensed therapist based in Manhattan, providing stress and anxiety therapy for women, including mothers, across New York and New Jersey.

Many of the women I work with appear to be managing it all, yet internally feel stretched thin — navigating burnout, overthinking, relationship strain, shifting roles, or meaningful life transitions. Others are functioning well overall but want space to work through a specific challenge, deepen self-understanding, or focus more intentionally on personal growth. Therapy offers a steady place to slow down, gain clarity, and move forward with greater confidence and calm.

My Journey and Expertise

My approach is shaped by both clinical training and real-world professional experience. Prior to becoming a therapist, I worked in Human Resources. My background in HR and Organizational Psychology helps me understand high-performing environments, perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the pressure women carry at work and at home — especially when they’re the person everyone relies on. After completing my therapy education and training, I worked in a group practice supporting clients with a wide range of concerns. These experiences continue to inform how I support clients navigating stress, burnout, and the complexities of family, work and personal life.

Education & Training

  • BA in Psychology from Binghamton University

  • MA in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University

  • MA in Mental Health Counseling, Licensed (LMHC) from Baruch College

  • EMDR Training at The Center of Excellence in EMDR Therapy
