Relationship & Dating Therapy for Women in NYC
Working with women in NYC and offering virtual therapy across New York and New Jersey.
Relationships can be a source of both connection and stress.
Whether you are dating, in a relationship, married, going through a divorce or navigating family or friendship dynamics, the way you relate to others can deeply affect how you feel day to day.
You may want closeness and connection, while also feeling unsure how to stay grounded in yourself within relationships.
Understanding What You’re Experiencing
Relationship patterns often develop over time and can show up across different areas of your life.
You might notice:
Repeating patterns in dating or relationships that feel hard to change
Difficulty expressing your needs or being fully honest
Feeling anxious, unsure, or overly focused on the other person
Taking on emotional responsibility for others
Struggling with boundaries or feeling guilty setting them
Losing a sense of yourself within relationships
Wanting deeper connection but feeling stuck in familiar dynamics
These patterns can feel confusing, especially when you care deeply about your relationships and want them to feel better.
How Therapy Can Help
Therapy offers space to explore how you relate to others and what is shaping your patterns.
Through this work, you can:
Understand your attachment patterns and relationship tendencies
Recognize dynamics that keep you feeling stuck or unfulfilled
Build clearer communication and express your needs more directly
Develop boundaries that feel steady and sustainable
Strengthen your sense of self within relationships
Feel more intentional and aligned in how you approach dating and connection
Over time, relationships can begin to feel more fulfilling, and aligned with what you actually want.
Why work with me?
In my practice, I work with women who want to feel more secure, intentional, and grounded in their relationships.
My approach is thoughtful and grounded in both insight and practical support. I pay close attention to patterns over time, helping you understand how your relationship dynamics have developed and how to shift them in a way that feels realistic.
Part of our work may include identifying unhelpful thought patterns that show up in relationships, such as overthinking, self-doubt, or assumptions about how others feel, and learning how to respond to them in a more intentional way. When it’s helpful, I also offer practical tools or exercises you can use outside of sessions.
We also explore how earlier experiences, including upbringing and relational dynamics, continue to shape how you connect, communicate, and respond in relationships today.
This work creates space to reflect, gain clarity, and begin responding differently in your relationships while staying connected to yourself.
Focus areas often include:
Dating patterns and attachment styles
Relationship dynamics and communication
Family roles and emotional responsibility
Boundaries and assertiveness
Maintaining connection while staying grounded in yourself
Together, we work toward helping your relationships feel more stable, clear, and aligned with your values.

Natalie is really amazing. Speaking to her makes me feel heard and understood! She gives you tools that helps to figure out the issues instead of just simply telling you what to do. She’s amazing!

Relationship patterns are often connected to early experiences and attachment, and can show up as anxiety or overthinking in relationships.
You may also find it helpful to explore trauma therapy or EMDR therapy, especially if past experiences are impacting current relationships.
